Prescia Demorri is the Grand Shaper of Necronum, and is especially talented in weaving. Later on, it is revealed that she is the sister of Harmony Pemberton and the aunt to the five princesses. Despite her status as a Grand Shaper, she disapproves of the High King, Stafford Pemberton, and how he rules the Outskirts.

In the echolands, Harvan leads Cole and Winston to Prescia against her wishes. Prescia agrees to help them after Cole shared his predicament with her. Prescia loans Cole The Weaver's beacon, which was programmed to lead Cole to She Who Stands At The Summit (Gwendolyn). The beacon protects Cole and his group from the call of The Other and dead echoes. Prescia abandons the refuge in the echolands and returns to mortal Necronum. Cole meets up with Prescia at Gamat Rue, and she helped by freezing guards with weaving. Prescia helps Cole follow Sando when he crossed to mortal Necronum as an echo. Prescia follows Cole across and immobilizes some shapecrafters, helping Cole and Honor. Prescia joins Cole and his group to confront Ramarro at The Fallen Temple. Cole energizes The Founding Stone, where he converses with Dandalus' imprint. Dandalus tells him that he can send Ramarro to the void, a prison Kendo Rattan made in Creon. Cole returns The Weavers Beacon to Prescia, before he returns to physical Necronum.

She is very intelligent of her kingdom's shaping, and also very secretive. Since the staged death of her nieces, she has been even more distrustful of Stafford and stays particularly wary of outsiders. She supports The Unseen and The Princesses.
